What should I provide before the visit?

Available floor plans, the existing fire strategy, previous reports, alarm and maintenance records, occupancy information and details of known changes are useful.

Will the assessment include every fire door?

Not automatically. The fire risk assessment brief and a detailed door inspection are different scopes. We can arrange a separate door-by-door condition programme where required.

Can Cerberus complete identified work?

Yes, where within our competence and evidence. Any remedial or installation proposal is issued separately from the assessment report.
